As part of the company requirement for continuous improvement in all areas of the business, a project team was created to research, develop and implement new processes that would ensure the company could hit new improvement targets.
Part of this process was to create a family of posters to promote the seven areas of continuous improvement. After many iterations of the poster design, these were the final posters agreed by all parties.
The posters were printed internally and distributed to all UK locations to promote the new business direction
