A selection of poster designs that were created for a college unit.
The ‘All American Classic & Custom Carshow’ poster used a number of elements sourced for free or purchased online and was based on a reflective design influenced by a designer I found in the Computer Arts magazine.
I watched an online tutorial to create the chrome effect logo
The tyre poster was created using different motor related images that has clipping paths added to remove the images from their backgrounds.
The collage was created using the layers palette and blend modes in Photoshop
The ‘surf’s for life enjoy’ poster was created using Illustrator. Each separate image started as a photo and was traced using the paths tool in Illustrator to create each individual path. Stroke and fill effects were added to turn the photos into illustrations.
The wave background was edited using the posterize adjustment tool in Photoshop and then turned into line art in Illustrator
