The Highways Agency held an internal, staff only event at Dorking Halls, a local cinema, were the Dorking to Guildford video was played in its entirety to the HA employees. The roll-up banners were produced to promote key areas for the move, so that staff could go to key members of staff linked to these areas to ask questions or raise concerns.
